Shannice Fredericks

Shannice is the founder of Proxera and leads the company's long-term vision and strategy.

With a background working alongside UK and international property investors, she built a deep understanding of what it takes to grow and manage a successful portfolio at scale. Her experience spans the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition through to ongoing performance oversight.

As an active investor herself, she identified a consistent gap in the market. Despite the value of property portfolios, there was a persistent lack of structure, visibility and organisation once a deal completed. Proxera was her answer to that.

Her commentary on the evolving property landscape and the role of financial intelligence has been featured in FT Adviser. She leads the platform's overall vision, product strategy and long-term roadmap.

Jack Percival

Jack is the Managing Director and owner of Proxera. He built his career as a Director at one of London's leading property investment brokerages, advising high-net-worth clients on UK and international buy-to-let strategy. As an active property investor himself, he lived the same experience his clients did, owning property with real value but no real visibility over how it was performing.

That combination, running a major investment operation at the highest level and experiencing the investor journey personally, gave Jack a precise understanding of what serious property wealth management actually requires. Proxera is the software he always knew should exist.

A published contributor to FT Adviser on property investment and landlord regulation, Jack is a recognised voice on the topics shaping the UK property market. He understood the opportunity as a director, felt it as an investor, and built the solution.

Law and property
Shannice started out at a law firm after graduating, running several areas of the business and working her way up to practice manager. She developed a broad range of skills and began seeing first-hand how property transactions work from purchase all the way through to completion.

London. Investment broker.
Moved to London as an investment broker for a buy-to-let company. Rose quickly to Senior Broker, heading the prestige arm focused on high net worth clients across the UK and internationally.

International Property Award
Recognised at the International Property Awards as Best Estate Agent 2022–2023. By this point she had seen first-hand the gap investors faced: no single platform, no real visibility, no infrastructure that worked.

After years seeing the same gap from different sides, Shannice and Jack built Proxera the UK's first property intelligence platform with HMRC-approved MTD, Open Banking, AI insights and a white-label agent portal.

Grew the business to its first London office in Canary Wharf. Became Sales Director, recruited and led his first team. Met Shannice through the industry at this time.
