Your property information represents years of work and some of your most important financial decisions. PROXERA is built to protect that information, explain how it is used and keep you in control.

✓We do not sell or rent your personal data, or transfer it to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
✓Bank connections are made through an FCA-authorised open banking provider and are used to read information, not to move money.
✓You choose what you connect, and you can disconnect it.
✓You can request deletion of your data, and account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure, except where the law requires us to keep it.
✓Proxera Ltd is registered with the ICO as a data controller and operates under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

The gap

Owning property is hard work. Knowing if it is working should not be.

Most property owners, whether that is one home or forty, cannot answer one simple question with confidence: is my property wealth actually on track, or quietly drifting? Values shift, costs creep, deadlines pass and opportunities slip by, often unnoticed until they become expensive.

We built PROXERA to make that easier for anyone who owns property, not just full-time investors. It connects your properties, finances and goals into one clear position, then automates the parts you should never have to do by hand: the valuations, the reconciling, the compliance dates, the constant checking, and the spotting of what is worth doing next.

You should not need a spreadsheet, an accountant and three logins to know where you stand. You should just be told, automatically, and know what to do about it.

Shannice is the founder of PROXERA and leads the company’s vision, product strategy and long-term roadmap. With a background working alongside UK and international property investors, she built a deep understanding of what it takes to grow and manage a portfolio at scale, across the full investment lifecycle. As an active investor herself, she saw the same gap again and again: real property value, but no structure or visibility once a deal completed. PROXERA is her answer. Her commentary on property and financial intelligence has been featured in FT Adviser.

Jack is Managing Director and owner of PROXERA. He built his career as a Director at one of London’s leading property investment brokerages, advising high-net-worth clients on UK and international buy-to-let strategy. As an active investor himself, he lived the same experience his clients did: property with real value, but no real visibility over performance. That combination gave him a precise understanding of what serious property wealth management requires. A published contributor to FT Adviser, Jack is a recognised voice on the topics shaping UK property.
