Yes. PROXERA is an online property investment portal and platform for UK landlords and investors. You log in to one place to see every property, its income and costs, your mortgages and documents, and how the whole portfolio is tracking against the income or wealth you want.
What is a property investment management portal?
It is an online account where an investor manages their property investments: recording each property, following rent and costs, keeping documents and deadlines, and reviewing performance. PROXERA does this across your whole portfolio and adds a Wealth Plan, so you can see whether you are on course and what to consider next.
Is PROXERA free?
Yes. The Free plan costs £0, has no property limit and needs no card. PROXERA+ is £19.95 a month for property matches, scenario comparisons, the AI Wealth Adviser and opportunity alerts. The Accounting add-on is £10 a month.
Can I analyse a property before I buy it?
Yes. The free deal analyser works out cash flow, yield and cash needed for buy-to-let, HMO, BRRR, short-term let and rent-to-rent deals, and the buy-to-let calculator covers stamp duty and total cash in.
Can PROXERA find properties for me?
Yes. With PROXERA+ you set the area, budget and goals you want, and PROXERA matches you to properties that fit, instead of you spending hours searching listings. Add a matched property to your Wealth Plan to see how it would change your position.
Can PROXERA handle my accounts?
Yes. Connect Xero and keep your bookkeeping in sync, prepare your figures for Making Tax Digital, or have our in-house accounts team look after your accounts for you. The Accounting add-on is £10 a month.
Can someone set my portfolio up for me?
Yes. You can drag in an existing spreadsheet, or ask one of our property advisers to set up your account for you.
Does PROXERA give financial advice?
No. PROXERA provides information and tools. It is not authorised by the FCA to give regulated advice. For mortgage or investment decisions, speak to a suitably qualified, FCA-authorised adviser.
How does PROXERA help with Making Tax Digital?
PROXERA keeps your digital records and prepares your quarterly figures. They are submitted through HMRC-recognised software, and our in-house accounts team can look after that for you. The PROXERA app itself is not currently HMRC-recognised software.
