Making Tax Digital is available as the optional Tax & Accounting Add-on for £10 per month on top of any plan, including Free. It gives you Xero integration, automatic bank reconciliation, expense and income categorisation, tax-ready reports, accountant exports and support for your Making Tax Digital workflows. MTD for Income Tax applies to property income over £50,000 from April 2026.

Open Banking is a secure way, provided through an FCA-authorised provider, to share read-only bank data with authorised platforms like PROXERA. It is optional, but connecting your accounts means your rental income, mortgage payments and expenses are categorised automatically as new data arrives. PROXERA can see your transactions but can never move your money.

Yes. PROXERA uses bank-grade, end-to-end encryption, and Open Banking connections are read-only and handled by an FCA-authorised provider.
